First long bike ride of the summer!

Finally we got a real summer day! And it was on a weekend for us to enjoy. Once in awhile the girls and I will venture out on a long ride that consists of riding into Ringsted and back which is 12 miles total. Yesterday since it was so nice out, Tyson wanted to do some work in at the tball diamond. So he headed in to work on the field and the girls and I headed out on our bikes. It took us about an hour to ride in. Once we got there we did some practicing while Tyson finished up. He even jumped in on the fun for a little bit. The first three pictures below are from a different ride. Marissa always gets the best seat :)

Below are some pictures from in at the field. The drag that Tyson was using needed some weight along the outside of the field so they imporvised. Guess you just gotta do what you gotta do, lol.

I love the next couple of pictuers. This is from right before their Tball game that night. Donnie and Julie were grilling for the consession stand and Gpa Johnson was "taste testing." While he was eating, Hannah read him the book Horray for Wodney Wat. It was super cute. I love that book.

Marissa wanted to wear a tball shirt too. Luckily Samantha had one from a previous year that was about the same color and design, so we go to wear that :) It won't be long and she will get to start playing too. She really wants to play!
