Thanks Newlins!!

Friday night I took the girls in to Jeff and Marla's house so we could hang out and see Jenae before she took off on Sunday. She hadn't seen the girls in a long time and wanted to see them more than me ;) JK She also wanted to ask Samantha to be the flower girl in her and Shane's wedding in May, which Samantha was super excited about!! While we were there, Marla asked the girls to help decorate for Xmas. So below are the pictures she took while the girls helped her decorate the tree and put up other decorations. This worked out perfect for us b/c now that we are out at the farm, we don't have a lot of room for our normal traditions, so this gave the girls an opportunity to do them anyway.

After we were done decorating, Stacia was doing a look and find book with the girls. That kept them occupied for awhile! Good job Shasta :)

Jenae and I just laughed at this picture when we saw it. At the time when we were taking it, I thought we were getting close and snug, but then looking at it afterwards, we were all super random! It's still a great picture :)

Yay, Shane's here! They were pretending to be Jenae with their hair as you will see below. So this meant they had to hug Shane when he got there and hug him when he left :)

This is the cutest picture ever! They sported that knot for the rest of the night and were running around calling each other Jenae. Even when we loaded the car to go home they were calling each other Jenae and looking in the mirror to make sure their hair was still high on their heads, just like Jenae :)

Sorry I couldn't sport the knot for you Jenae :) Haha...maybe next time!

They had so much fun, and we had a lot of fun watching them. I'm very thankful to have these close ties still. I look forward to these times, especially when my kids can be a part of it too!
