While were in Mankato, we had a little bit of time to stop by and say hi to the Willard family (my aunt Jackie and her family). This is Marissa with my cousin, Jacob who is 15 months.So I took Marissa to the doctor again today after three weeks. Her appointment was to re check her ears for either an infection or fluid. There really hasn't been any change in her behavior as far as being fussy and pulling at her ears a lot. He took a look and there was still some fluid in her ears. After talking about some other things that were going on with her like having a runny nose for the last three weeks without a cold and snoring, he thought it would be a good idea to talk to an ENT about tubes. I have been wanting to do this since January after she had an ear infection for a whole month b/c it just would not go away. Since then she has had 3 others, so it is definitely time. For the bad news, we couldn't get an appointment with the ENT until the end of June. So I will be calling another ENT in Spencer to see if he has any earlier openings. If we wait that long, we will be treating another infection!

Poor Marisa! That sucks that they cannot get you in until June. I miss having an ENT in Fairmont. Kind of makes me cringe knowing that McKayla will be due for an ear check soon and probably will not be able to go in until July! I hope that you can get in Spencer. Crossing my fingers for you.
